Autumn season Monday Aug 11th – Sunday Dec 7th 2025
No trainings: autumn holiday Oct 13-19th, Nov 1st and Dec 12th

Spring season Monday Jan 5th – Sunday May 3rd 2026
No trainings: Jan 6th, winter holiday Feb 16-22th, Easter Apr 3-6th and Apr 30 – May 1st

Registration

Registration for the Autumn season begins May 5th 2025. Groups that start in the fall will automatically continue into the spring season.

Payments

Upon registration, the seasonal fee and annual membership fee (1.8.2025–31.7.2026) will be sent automatically via email. Invoices can also be found in MyClub under the gymnast’s information. The fall and spring seasons are billed separately.

The training fee can also be paid as an online Paytrail payment. Adult training fees can be paid using Smartum or Epassi benefit vouchers. The membership fee and children’s training fees cannot be paid with benefit vouchers.

The full fall season fee will be charged for those starting by 5.10.2025. After this date, the fee will be half of the full fall season fee. The full spring season fee will be charged for those starting by 8.3.2026. After this date, the fee will be half of the full spring season fee.

Trial Sessions

Gymnasts may attend two consecutive trial sessions after registering for a group. If they cancel their place at least 48 hours before the third session, the training and membership fees will be refunded, with a €20 trial/booking fee deducted. Trial sessions do not apply to sport trials (lajikokeilu) or mini-courses.

Cancellations must be made with a message through MyClub or by emailing customer service at info@espoontelinetaiturit.fi.

Changing Groups or Cancelling a Spot Mid-Season

If you wish to change groups mid-season, first register for the new group and then inform customer service to adjust the billing.

If a gymnast does not wish to continue from the fall to the spring season, the spot must be canceled. Cancellations for current members for the spring season must be made by 11.12.2025. If the cancellation is made after 11.12.2025, half of the season fee will be charged. Cancellations can be made through MyClub or by contacting customer service.

Group Cancellations

If a group’s number of participants drops below half of the groups full capacity, the club reserves the right to cancel the group. In this case, the paid fees will be refunded in full. All registered participants will be contacted directly in case of group cancellations.

Absences

Individual absences do not need to be reported to the instructor or the office unless specifically requested. Missed sessions are not reimbursed and cannot be made up in another group. Extra free training sessions may be arranged at the end of the season to compensate for occasional absences. Absences due to illness or injury lasting more than two weeks can be addressed with a doctor’s certificate. Missed sessions due to public holidays or holiday eves are not reimbursed.

Discounts for Multiple Groups

Discounts apply when registering for two, three, or four recreational gymnastics groups. Discounts apply for the entire fall/spring season when registered for guided activities (excluding FamilyGym).

Recreational groups are defined as those not participating in federation-licensed competitions and events. However, participation in Lumo events, TeamGym competitive-recreational groups, and recreational competitive groups in artistic and trampoline gymnastics qualify as recreational.

The discount is provided as a refund, issued in November for the fall season and in April for the spring season. To request the discount, email the office by 13.10 for the fall season or 16.3 for the spring season. Include the gymnast’s name, account number, account holder’s name, and the BIC-code.

Restrictions due to Pandemics or Other Reasons

If public authorities impose restrictions requiring closures, limitations, or other actions heavily affecting operations, we will first attempt to offer replacement training sessions. If replacement training is not possible, a refund will be issued for the affected period.
