I have registered the gymnast according to the instructions on EsTT’s website and have entered all the required information into the membership system. I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate and take full responsibility for it. I agree to follow the club’s rules and guidelines. I acknowledge that by registering for a group, I commit to paying the associated seasonal fee as well as the membership fee. I understand that unpaid invoices will be transferred to a collection agency.

I understand that the gymnast can attend two trial sessions, after which I can cancel the registration through the membership system no later than 48 hours before the third session. I understand that the club charges a trial fee of 20 euros. If I have already paid the invoice, I will notify the club’s office (toimisto@espoontelinetaiturit.fi) and provide my account number, the account holder’s name, and the gymnast’s name for a refund.

I acknowledge that when registering through the membership system for a fall group, the registration automatically continues for the spring season. I understand that it is my responsibility to cancel the registration if necessary. I also understand that a phone call or verbal notice is not considered a valid cancellation.

I understand that if the gymnast switches groups during a season, I must immediately inform the club’s office (toimisto@espoontelinetaiturit.fi) so that the billing can be corrected. I must also cancel the registration for the previous group immediately through customer service or the membership system. If I fail to notify the club, I understand that I will be charged 15 euros for each overlapping practice session between the two groups.

By confirming the registration for the group, I acknowledge that I have understood EsTT’s rules and practices and commit to following them.
